# A Hotel AI Concierge Built by Hoteliers

> Lobby Engine is a hotel AI concierge built by a hotel owner for hotel owners — to stop missed calls, cut phone hours and let hoteliers sleep at night.

Lobby Engine was not designed in a boardroom. It was built by an owner of two hotels who was tired of choosing between answering the phone and looking after guests.

## Why Did a Hotel Owner Build an AI Concierge?

Running two hotels means wearing every hat: waiting tables, gardening, cleaning rooms, helping in the kitchen, buying groceries. And the phone never waits until your hands are free.

The alternative — an employee for every task — makes it hard to break even. So we built the receptionist we wanted ourselves: one that knows the hotel better than anyone, never misses a call or a website chat, and lets you sleep, but still gets a guest to a person when they ask for one.

## What Should Hotel Technology Do for Hoteliers?

### Guests come first

Every call answered, in the guest’s language, with the right answer.

### Owners need sleep

Great morning service starts with a night of rest.

### Margins matter

Fewer hours spent on the phone means more left at the end of the month.

### People do hospitality

Technology takes the phone. Your team takes care of guests.
