# Try an AI Receptionist for Your Hotel Free

> Try Lobby Engine, the AI receptionist for hotels, free. Add your hotel information and talk to your assistant today. Free until you go live.

Three steps to your first test conversation. No IT project — just your hotel, answered.

## How Do I Try an AI Receptionist for Free?

1. **Create your free account**: Sign up with your hotel’s name and email. Nothing to pay until you go live; to go live, you need an EU VAT number.
2. **Add your hotel**: Give it your website address: it reads the pages and the PDFs linked on them. No website? Fill in your hotel yourself.
3. **Talk to it as a guest**: Ask for a room and a tricky question, typed or spoken; testing has a small spending limit. When you are ready, add the chat to your website and go live. You can ask for a phone number in your dashboard at any time, and our team replies within one working day; a local number in Germany, Austria or Greece has no fixed date.

## What Do You Need to Get Started?

- Your website address, if you have one
- Your company’s EU VAT number, to go live
- The direct number calls should be put through to
- Access to your website’s settings
