15% of what each hotel you bring pays us for its plan, monthly or yearly, for as long as the hotel keeps you linked.

### The same price for the hotel

The hotel pays exactly what it would pay without you. Your share comes out of ours.

### Out in the open

When the hotel links you, its dashboard shows your name, the access you get and the share we pay you. The hotel confirms it and can remove you at any time.

### Your own services, your own price

Set up and look after the assistant for your clients and charge them what you choose. Their dashboard then shows your contact instead of our setup service.

## How Does the Partner Program Work?

1. **Join in the dashboard**: Sign in or create an account, then add your company, your EU VAT number and the contact your clients should see. Your partner panel opens at once; we check your details and confirm your membership.
2. **Share your link or code**: Your panel has a personal link and a code. Send them to the hotels you work for, and tell them that you receive a commission.
3. **The hotel signs up and links you**: The hotel creates its own account and pays us directly. In its dashboard it links you and chooses what you can see: setup only, or everything, including guest conversations.
4. **Set up its assistant**: Open the hotel’s dashboard from your panel and set up the assistant with the access the hotel gave you. Payments, the plan and deleting the hotel stay with the hotel.
5. **Get paid**: Each plan payment earns your share, held for 30 days. From €50, you request a payout in your panel and send us an invoice; we pay by bank transfer in euros.

## What Can You Promise a Hotel, and What Not?

### Do not promise

- That the assistant books rooms or tables: it takes requests, and the hotel confirms them
- A connection to a booking engine, PMS or channel manager, or live free rooms and prices
- WhatsApp, Instagram or other messaging apps: they are not part of the product today
- A local phone number by a fixed date
- A discount or a different price because the hotel came through you

### You can tell hotels

- It answers the hotel’s phone and website chat day and night, from the hotel’s own information
- It speaks 31 languages and answers each guest in their own
- Booking and table requests wait in the dashboard for the hotel to confirm, and the hotel gets an e-mail
- A caller who asks for a person is put through to the hotel, or a call-back is taken
- Setting up and testing is free; the hotel pays from the day it goes live

## How Should Partners Recommend Lobby Engine?

- Before a hotel links you, tell it that you receive a commission from us, and how much
- Say that you receive a commission wherever you recommend us in public
- Write only to people who agreed to hear from you: no cold e-mails, no bought lists
- Never pass any part of your commission to a hotel’s owners or staff
- Do not bid on “Lobby Engine” in search ads or put our name in your domains and accounts
- Do not present yourself as Lobby Engine or as our official representative

## Partner Program Questions

### Who can join?

Web studios, agencies and freelancers that build or look after hotel websites and have an EU VAT number. Joining is free, and there is no target to reach.

### Does the hotel pay more because of me?

No. Our prices are the same with or without a partner, and the hotel sees that in its dashboard.

### Which payments earn my share?

What the hotel pays us for its plan, monthly or yearly, after it linked you. Minutes beyond the plan’s package, the winter freeze and our own setup service do not count. A hotel that had already paid for a plan before it linked you earns you no share, but it can still give you access.

### What can I see in a client’s dashboard?

What the hotel chooses. Setup access covers everything needed to set up and maintain the assistant, without guest conversations, requests and contact details; full access includes them. The hotel can change or remove your access at any time and sees a log of the changes you make.

### What happens when a hotel unlinks me?

Your access ends at once. Plan payments the hotel made before that still earn your share.

### How and when am I paid?

Your share of each payment is held for 30 days, in case the payment is refunded. Once you have €50 or more, you request a payout in your panel and send us an invoice; we pay by bank transfer in euros. We are a company in the United States, so your invoice carries no VAT, and before the first payout we ask for your bank details and a US tax form (W-8BEN-E).
