Our story
Why Did a Hotel Owner Build an AI Concierge?
Running two hotels means wearing every hat: waiting tables, gardening, cleaning rooms, helping in the kitchen, buying groceries. And the phone never waits until your hands are free.
The alternative — an employee for every task — makes it hard to break even. So we built the receptionist we wanted ourselves: one that knows the hotel better than anyone, never misses a call or a website chat, and lets you sleep, but still gets a guest to a person when they ask for one.
